These guys came out on a Saturday morning to diagnose an issue on my vehicle. Super nice guy and very affordable. If you’re looking for a mobile mechanic, I highly recommend them.

The best mechanic around, after getting ripped off from another mechanic. He kindly came out and diagnosed my daughters car and found a bad ball joint plus found the mechanic that put our wheel bearing on messed it up and had to end up replacing it. This guy really knows what he is doing and very professional. He also, fixed my daughters ac in her car and it works great now. Glad I finally found a mechanic that knows what he is doing.

Mike is the person to contact for repairs on your car or truck. We were needing shocks on the truck. Called several places but Mike gave a excellent quote. He came that very day and had the job done on no time.

Mr Mike is an awesome mechanic and very fair and he also have a sweet wife I dropped my car off to them and couldn't make it back to pick my car up because I didn't have a ride his wife took me home and made me and my son feel very welcome thank you down south Auto repair U BOUTH ROCK!!!!

His labor costs were more than fair, he saved me money on parts, the quality of his work was superb, communication was excellent, and he respected my time. I will ALWAYS call him for auto repair and highly recommend his service!

I was driving back from DC to Austin last night, my car wouldn't start after I got gas. Today is Sunday all shops are closed. I called a different Mike who referred this Mike. He was so nice, spent hours to fix my problem because it is an old car, some parts are rusty and hard to remove. He did a great job. After he finished he let me tested several times until it sounds perfect. I highly recommend

They came out to change the front brakes on my 2023 Hyundai Kona. I had gotten the wrong brake pads from ABC Auto Parts but they were nice enough to run to O'Reilly and get the correct ones. They came out to my house, replaced the brakes in the driveway and were done in roughly an hour. They were also cheaper than the local auto mechanic shops. Very friendly and good customer service. I highly recommend them. I'll be using them for all of my car maintaince moving forward.

I found Down South Auto Repair on Facebook after I had been screwed over by a different mobile mechanic multiple times. I went into it kind of skeptical, but I didn’t have many other options. Let me tell you….. Down South gained a new customer for life. He showed up exactly when he said he would, explained everything to me, TOOK THE TIME TO LEGITIMATELY INSPECT MY TRUCK, assisted me with making sure I ordered the correct parts it needed, and even saved me money by ensuring that a part the other mechanic said was bad, actually wasn’t bad… when parts came in the mail he came back out quickly and got everything taken care of, even did my oil change. HIGHLY recommend. Very decent price point as well. Great communication and very knowledgable about vehicles and shows integrity as he does his work. I’d recommend everyone to reach out to Down South if you need a mechanic!
